2. You hereby give consent for the Company to collect your medical examination results prior to employment with the Company which will be used to assess the physical ability to perform work in the position which you had applied for. The Company will keep such medical examination results confidential , and shall not disclose to third parties. In case that you are not selected for the employment ,the Company will destroy your medical examination results within a period of one year from the date of receipt of such information.

3. For those candidates chosen by Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited, a criminal background check will be conducted by the company. This criminal check is mandatory. To protect your privacy, we will obtain a permission from you before carrying out this check. We will also request your permission to retain the results of this criminal check for our records. The results of this investigation will be kept confidential throughout your tenure with us.
